Animals have always fascinated man since the beginning of time. Most of you have seen endangered animals pictures. There are a lot of animals that we haven’t even heard of among them. This is due to the cruelty man has shown to these animals. Most of the wild life was disrupted when man started destroying forests to build homes and factories. Urbanization has had a very negative affect on the life of animals. Their natural habitat has been destroyed because of the selfishness in man. Everybody think about only themselves, this has led a careless attitude in neglecting the environment around where other species thrive.

The other reason for endangerment is the poaching. Most of the people kill these animals for their teeth, skin, and other organs which have medicinal value. Elephants are on the verge of extinction as they are killed for their tusks, which is a source of ivory. In the same way, tigers are becoming extinct too. A few of the tiger subspecies are already extinct. Most of these tigers have been butchered for their skin and penis as both of these fetch a huge reward.
Today most of these animals are being transferred to wild life sanctuaries so that they do not become extinct. No matter which country you visit, there will be a place where they have a wild life habitat. Unless and until these issues are voiced out strongly, the cruelty towards animals will continue growing. People are only worried about making money. They do not realize the harm they are causing to the ecological balance of this earth. Modernization and population growth have made the lives of animals miserable. They have nowhere to live. So save the animals by reducing the destruction caused in the forests. Stop making these animals homeless. Leave their homes or else they will attack yours.
