The Lack of Vitamin D Information
It was only Monday, when I realized that not even to that point had I managed to get rid of that nasty cold I got a week before even with all the vitamin D information I had acquired. Then I decided to try some more vitamins.
Goggling as much as I could, I realized the importance that vitamins have in our body. I then realized that my diet was not so rich in all these vital elements that most of us so foolishly neglect being so content in eating fast food and a lot of unhealthy dishes.
I then realized that, from my knowledge and history, all that lacked was this vitamin. So I read some more vitamin D information. This should be the only cause of my cold, the lack of vitamin D. Of course, it does explain why I have such a low level of Calcium, but that is another story.
Seeing my sister come in the room, I asked some advices from her. She recommended some hot tea with honey. This might be a good idea, provided that we have honey. She then started to laugh, understanding my point of view.
As I got back from the store, with that freshly bought jar of honey, I started to take some small sips of it. This made me feel better, and after 2 hours I was feeling like a totally different person. I thanked my sister and offered her a cup of tea as a reward.
This made our bond even closer, as my sister always managed to be by my side and always helped me when I needed. Of course, she couldn’t help making fun of my strategy of taking so many vitamins and of course reading so much vitamin D information.
