Your diet should contain proteins, fiber, proper nutrition, carbohydrates, all the necessary vitamins that your body needs along with this exertion. It is a slow process but as it is said, slow and steady wins the race so, you need to be patient with yourself and follow the proper routine of exercises and diet to achieve your desired goal. Don’t think that you are a failure if you don’t live up to the mark for a day or too, this thing takes time. Keep both your strength and spirits high for the training of muscles of your body. Don’t rush into it and follow the scientific procedure, so that your body remains fit.
