The 1960s is regarded as the age of fashion revolution and people were greatly conscious of their dresses and styles. The fashion trends of those times include bell bottoms, miniskirts, Pocahontas headbands, paisley prints and tie-dyed wears. Psychedelic prints, ballpoint colors and mismatched patters were also a part of 60 s fashion. One of the popular wears in the 60s was Bell bottom jeans and pants. It was worn by many celebrities and actors of the period. These were trousers that are tighter at top and wider at the bottom. That means the pants are stiff around the hips, waist and thighs, and is loosened as the pants reach the knee part. Bell bottom jeans are comparable to flare jeans that are popular today. It is also similar to boot cut jeans and loon pants.Another popular wear in the 1960s is Tie-dye clothing. It was a color pattern that is made by twisting the cloth for creating a colorful splash design. Any type of material or clothing that can be tie-dyed such as tie-dyed shirts, shorts or bandannas were tie-dyed during the period.
