Rooms for Share – A Way to Divide Your Rent
In most parts of the world, people live in rented house or apartment. This number has been increasing from the past five years. It has resulted in the boom of rental market. As there are more people to live in rented rooms and apartments, the rent rate is increasing every year. With the income of a single person it is very difficult to afford the increased rent rate. In a family, if husband and wife are working, rent will not be an issue. But for bachelors and students, this rise in the rent rate is very difficult to tolerate.
Room sharing is an option adopted by many bachelors and students to divide the rent. Rooms for share option are now provided by many house owners also. Many students are studying in foreign universities and doing part time jobs to live there. In such situation of low income, it is very difficult for them to afford a room alone. That’s why most of them share their room or apartment with their friends or colleagues. Sharing a room will not give you privacy but your cost of living becomes affordable with your limited salary. Many professional bachelors are also doing the same room sharing option.
While sharing a room, the rent and the related bills should be shared with the members. But if you are sharing room with unknown person, some precaution must be taken. You should not put your valuable things in the room. Either they should be kept within your bag or in safe locker. You should not share your clothes or other personal materials with your room mate. While sharing the room make sure that the electricity bill, phone bill, internet bill etc are also divided equally. If you are allergic to smoking, tell your roommate about that before choosing them for room sharing. Thus room sharing is a best way of accommodation in limited income life.
