Tooth Brush or Mouth Wash?
Given a chance most people cannot brush their teeth at all. There are routine duties that sometimes they evade because of time or just for feeling lazy. Brushing the teeth regularly reduces the chance of finding the reason to visit any emergency dentist. A mouth wash or mouth cleanser is dental fluid used to improve the hygiene level inside the mouth by killing existing plaque that carry bacteria that cause cavity and other diseases. Different manufacturers have several types of mouth wash depending on the expected results.
Emergency dentists do advice that it is good to cleanse the mouth more regularly with these mouth wash. What puzzles many is the question of whether to brush their teeth with normal fluoride paste or just wash their mouth with the cleansers. It may sound weird to ask this question but remember different people have individual ideas and attitudes towards their personal hygiene. The answers to this are found with the local emergency dental clinics that can offer expertise advice and guidance to mouth hygiene. They say that it is not about which one to use but how to use them both. When using the tooth brush with tooth paste, any plaque collecting around the teeth is brushed and scrubbed off then disinfected by the fluoride in the tooth paste. The mouth wash, on the other hand, is as effective as the tooth paste, what it does is disinfecting and healing by killing the bacteria formed from dumped plaque around teeth. Use them both.
