No sport requires a more vast and large field than Golf. It is of common knowledge that a golf course is supposed to be a huge and vast field. Sometimes, it is observed that one golf course contains a pond in its playing arena too. Augusta National Golf Club is nothing but an example of above mentioned golf courses. The proud founders of this pretty and lash green outfield are Bobby Jones and Clifford Roberts. The Masters or the U.S Masters, one can say, has chosen this golf course as the venue for the professional tournament. It is situated at Georgia in United States. Many people regard this golf course as one of the most beautiful and greatest golf courses in the history of professional Golf. Unlike all the other major Golf tournaments, National golf club of Augusta is a fixed location or venue for the Masters. All the holes in this golf course are named after the bushes or trees that are associated with those holes. For instance, the holes like Magnolia, Flowering Crab Apple and Carolina Cherry etc., are some of the examples in this context. This golf club got open for everyone to play golf in the year 1934. Some of the typical features or assets of this golf club are the oak tree, the pond and the Eisenhower pine tree. The oak tree is christened as ‘The Big Oak Tree’. Ike’s pond is also one of the most fascinating features of this club. Crow’s nest is the house or resting room for the amateurs during the Masters tournament.
