Vin Diesel originally known as Mark Sinclair Vincent was born on 18th of July in the year 1967 in New York City. He was an American actor. He was also an expert in the field of direction and production. As a kid he always wanted to become an actor. At the age of seven he performed his first stage show called the dinosaur door. He accidently got part in this show. Instead of punishing him for trying to wreck the show, the director of this show ended up handing the script to him and he was made to act in it.

He got the nick name as Vin Diesel from his friends who always used to comment on him that he was a man full of energy and never runs out of fuel. His debut was in a movie called Awakenings in the year 1990. He was also a part of the famous Steven Spielberg movie ‘Saving private Ryan’. This movie even won an Oscar. The year 1994 saw a short movie which was directed, produced and starred by this very same man.
