Robert William Corddry, popularly known as Rob Corddry was born on 4th February, 1971. He is an American comedian and an actor. He is famous for his work in the ‘The Daily Show’ and his role in the comedy film, Hot Tub Time Machine.

After completing graduation in 1989, Rob Corddry went to the University of Massachusetts Amherst to study Journalism. He studied Journalism for two days and then took English as his major subject. At the same time he also started taking interests in drama classes and plays. He moved to New York with the dream of becoming an actor and instead started doing some odd part time jobs for a living. In 2002, he succeeded to do a role in ‘The Daily Show’ and soon he became one of the most popular correspondents.

Once the show aired on television, there was no looking back for Rob Corddry but soon made the hard decision to leave ‘The Daily Show’ to concentrate on some of his other projects. He expanded his popularity from television to films. Corddry played the title character in Blackballed: The Bobby Dukes Story (2004), The Heartbreak KidOld SchoolBlades of GlorySemi-ProI Now Pronounce You Chuck and LarryFailure to Launch and The Ten. He is also recognized for his role in films like Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay, in W. , and also in What Happens in Vegas.  He made a mark in the industry in 2010, when he co-starred in the John Cusack film Hot Tub Time Machine. In 2009, Corddry made a comeback in ‘The Daily Show’.

In the mean time, Rob Corddry was almost a star and began to appear in many commercials. He has been a man who followed his dream and now he is listed among one of the well known people of America because of wit and talent.
