When someone use a vehicle for many years, its performance deteriorates and its efficiency to limit pollutants decrease. Because of this reason, government recommends people to avoid old vehicles.
However, many people are not aware about environmental issues of old cars and they continue to use such vehicles. Government prevents such activities with the help of strict laws. However, when car dealers and manufacturers gave proper promotion for low emission cars, people started believing on second hand car sale. Now, different low emission cars are available from car dealers. Along with common people, industrialists also got awareness about low emission cars. Now every car arrive the market with proper certification from environment bureau.
